2030. America's New World Order is now fully underway, and 'multi-birthing' is now a criminal offense. Across America large numbers of people have not co-operated with the law. They have taken to living in hidden strongholds, away from the authorities. They raise their own families illegally, and in great numbers. Furthermore, none of these families intends to be microchipped, threatening the nations stability. Now the authorities have decided to rid the country of these Anti-American parasites.
